Prologis Park Prague-Airport
Prologis Park Prague Airport, spread over an area of 33 hectares, offers future development of up to 132.000 square meters of modern industrial premises in seven standalone buildings. The complex is suitable in particular for logistics and distribution centres, although the premises can be adapted for other purposes as well.
The park is situated at the northwest periphery of Prague at Exit 7 from the R6 expressway (Prague – Karlovy Vary – Germany), a mere five-minute drive from the Václav Havel Airport, near the Prague Ring Road and the D5 motorway connecting Prague with Pilsen and then continuing to Germany. The complex is situated in the vicinity of the village of Jeneč, and thus offers rich civic facilities within a direct reach.
