Swedish wall art retailer Desenio Group has leased almost 18,500 sq m of industrial and logistics space in CTPark Bor in Western Bohemia, where it has opened a distribution centre for European markets outside the Nordic region.
Desenio Group is an online-based company that sells affordable wall art direct to customers across Europe.
“With our new logistics centre, we get closer to most of our European customers outside the Nordic region, which will result in shorter lead times and a reduced environmental impact. As a consequence, we will also reduce our logistics costs,” said Jimmie Grönlund, the head of fulfilment at Desenio Group.
CTPark Bor is situated about 50 km west of Plzeň city centre and 15 km from the German border. It is being expanby Czech industrial developer CTP and will eventually comprise 616,000 sq m gla. Other tenants of the complex include Loxxess, Fiege and Primark.
