German freight company Dachser has leased 6,390 sq m of warehousing space in VGP Park České Budějovice in South Bohemia.
The new building for Dachser will include a 2,000 sq m cross-docking area and more than 4,300 sq m of storage space with a capacity of app. 7,000 pallets. Part of the warehouse will be specially constructed for the short-term storage of dangerous goods (ADR). The building will have 14 loading gates for various types of trucks as well as 650 sq m of office space. Charging stations for electric freight and passenger vehicles will also be provided.

VGP Park České Budějovice is located on a 37 ha site next to the junction of Route 34 (E551) and the D3 motorway connected Prague with Linz in Austria. It will eventually offer more than 126,000 sq m of logistics and light industrial space.
